SHIPPING POLICY
We understand that when you place an order online, you want to receive your delivery fast. We aim to fulfil orders as soon as possible, but as a small business we can not guarantee same or next day deliveries. We use standard Australia Post deliveries on all domestic orders, and due to the nature of our products, unfortunately can't deliver to PO Boxes.
We offer FREE standard shipping to all orders over AUD$100 within Australia, via Standard Australian Post.
Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$10.
CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email upon completing your order with Bird Body Essentials. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
This email will include tracking details, and your order can be tracked through the Australia Post website.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is between Monday to Friday Australia wide, and should arrive between 1 - 5 business days in metro areas from the day of dispatch.This timeframe has been affected by Covid and extended delivery times may result.
For more remote areas you should expect to receive your delivery between 5 - 10 business days, from the day of dispatch.
Please note, as a small business, we try to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally using Australia Post International Standard shipping, which includes email updated and tracking on items. Shipping prices vary upon weight and destination
RETURN POLICY
Damaged items - if your delivery is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please email us at your soonest convenience with photos of the damaged items. Return the items to us (at your cost) via one of the below methods and we will happily replace them for you.
Skin irritations - While we use only the finest natural ingredients, we understand that sometimes certain ingredients won't agree with everyone. On the off chance that you do have a reaction to one (or more) of our products, please get in touch at your soonest convenience, send through photos of the issue, and return the product to us (at your cost). We will happily provide a store credit to the value of the items purchased.
